Sam is still pretty cute. I don’t think that is going to change! I’ve seen some more smiles the past day or so. We have to wait until after she eats and is quiet and alert and she is starting to give me some cute half smiles! After she gives me a smile, I grab my camera phone and try to make her do it again but that doesn’t seem to work. We are also continuing to have some nursing issues. It’s been going on for the past week and a half so hopefully we will get through it. It seems to be never-ending but I’m crossing my fingers it will get better. We went to the lactation consultant last week on Wednesday and she weighed Sam. She was 8lbs, 7oz! Wow! She may be almost up to 9lbs already.
I posted my birth story. I wrote it a few weeks ago and never posted it as I was waiting for Justin to read it/make changes. He wasn’t able to and said to just post it. It’s about 10 pages long on Word so make sure you have a spare hour or so to read! LOL – I just babble on and on and on… If you do get through the whole thing, thanks for reading!
